Immersed in the breathtaking landscape of the Dolomites, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Sensoria Dolomites is a sanctuary of balance, beauty, and mindful living. Guided by the vision of Lea Oberhofer and Simon Leitner, whose international experience spans Paris, Milan, Frankfurt, Singapore, and Edinburgh, the historic family estate at the foot of Alpe di Siusi has been reimagined as a contemporary retreat that honors both nature and design. Opened in summer 2022, Sensoria welcomes guests to 45 minimalist rooms and two panoramic suites of 125 m² each with a private spa and terrace framing the dramatic silhouette of the Sciliar. The Genuss Markt celebrates South Tyrolean flavors with fresh mountain breakfasts and regional products, while the Genuss Atelier offers intimate tastings, private dinners, and sensory experiences dedicated to the art of discovery. A philosophy of total well-being flows through every space: the spruce-wood spa, indoor and outdoor heated pools, forest saunas, and relaxation lounges that open directly onto nature. Here, light, texture, and silence shape a deeply sensorial atmosphere.
